Welcome to Caz Digital. These Terms & Conditions explain how purchases, downloads, bookings, and general use of my website work. By accessing this website or buying anything from me, you agree to these Terms.

Caz Digital is a one-person creative business run by me, Caz Reason, based in Hertfordshire, UK.
I create:
Lyric videos
Audio visualisers
Showreels
Digital products (eBooks, toolkits, planners, templates)
Courses and resources
My official website is https://cazdigital.com, and some products are sold through custom funnel pages powered by WP Funnels and WooCommerce.
This includes eBooks, toolkits, templates, worksheets, planners, and any downloadable resource I sell.
When you purchase a digital product, you receive instant access via:
The Thank You page
A confirmation email with download links
Your account (if you create one)
You are buying a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product.
You cannot:
Resell
Share
Upload publicly
Claim as your own work
You can download, print, and use the material for your own personal or professional development.
Because digital products are instantly accessible, they cannot be “returned”, so all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
If you experience any issues accessing your files, I will absolutely help you fix it – just contact me.
When you book a service:
I may request a deposit or full payment depending on the project
Your project only begins once payment is received
Timelines vary based on workload, and you’ll always be kept updated
Each service includes a set number of revisions, which will be stated before we begin. Additional revisions may incur a fee.
Refunds are generally not available once work has begun, as time and resources have already been used.
If you cancel before I start working, I will consider a partial refund depending on circumstances.
All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
For digital products (eBooks, toolkits, templates, resources):
Payments are taken securely through:
Stripe (main checkout gateway)
WooCommerce
WP Funnels checkout pages
I never see or store your card details.
This includes lyric videos, showreels, audio visualisers, and any custom project.
I currently accept:
Bank transfer (UK)
PayPal
Stripe (if a custom payment link is provided)
Payment terms are:
A deposit may be required to secure your booking
Full payment may be required before work begins (depending on the project)
Your project officially begins once payment is received
Work will not be delivered until the agreed payment has been made in full
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
All online card payments are handled through encrypted third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal).
Bank details are only shared with you directly when needed and must not be forwarded or shared with anyone else.
Some products include optional additional offers (upsells or downsells).
By completing a purchase:
You may be shown an optional upsell
Accepting an upsell or downsell creates an additional order
You will only be charged if you click Buy Now
Declining simply moves you forward in the funnel
All upsell/downsell purchases follow the same digital product rules above.
You are responsible for downloading and safely storing your files.
You will receive:
Instant download links
A confirmation email
Unlimited downloads unless stated otherwise
If your files expire or you lose access in the future, message me and I’ll help.
You agree not to:
Break website security
Copy, scrape, or redistribute content
Use my products in a way that infringes copyright
Attempt to reverse engineer digital downloads
Basically just use things fairly and respectfully.
All digital products, designs, videos, templates, images, text, and resources created by Caz Digital remain my intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Buying a product does not transfer ownership of the content to you.
I do everything I can to keep the website and checkout running smoothly, but sometimes:
Maintenance may occur
A plugin update may cause temporary downtime
A payment provider may be slow
If an issue ever affects your purchase, I’ll resolve it quickly.
By using my website or purchasing from me, you agree that:
Caz Digital is not liable for financial loss resulting from misuse of my products
I am not responsible for technical issues caused by your device, browser, or internet connection
I am not liable for missed opportunities, casting outcomes, or music release performance (though I hope everything you create goes amazingly well!)
I always aim to provide high-quality resources and services, but results vary depending on how you use them.
