Caz Digital sells digital services and physical products (including Queer Metalheads branded merchandise) through trusted fulfilment partners such as Printful.

I aim to ensure all product images, descriptions, sizes, and colours are accurate.
However:

• Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

• Product measurements can vary between manufacturers.

• Some items are fulfilled on demand (e.g., Printful), which means they are made especially for you once ordered.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are processed securely through WooCommerce-approved payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, etc.).

• You must provide accurate billing details and authorise payment at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Most physical items are made to order and shipped by third-party fulfilment partners.

• Delivery times vary depending on location and production time.

• You will receive tracking information when your order has shipped (where available).

• Customs or import fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because merchandise is printed on demand:

• Returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or printed incorrectly.

• If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please email me within 14 days with photos of the issue.

• I will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

No returns are accepted for:

• Choosing the wrong size

• Buyer’s remorse

• Colour differences due to screen settings

All digital files are delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital products:

• No refunds are offered on digital downloads.

• You are responsible for backing up your files.

• Redistribution, reselling, or sharing the files is prohibited.

Purchasing merchandise or digital files does not grant you ownership of the intellectual property.
All Queer Metalheads artwork, logos, branding, and designs remain the property of Caz Digital.

8. Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

• Production delays from third-party manufacturers

• Import or customs fees

• Incorrect information provided by the customer

I strive to provide accurate information and quick support, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.
