Each item is printed on-demand just for you, which means I operate a different returns process than traditional retail stores.
Please read the policy below before placing your order.
All items are made individually for each customer through my print-on-demand partner.
Because of this, I do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size ordered
Change of mind
Disliking the fit or style
Buyer’s remorse
Please double-check the size guide before purchasing.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, I will replace it at no cost.

Include:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos of the product + packaging
I must receive your claim within 7 days of delivery.
Printful reviews the issue and provides a free replacement if approved.
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact me.
I may be able to issue a replacement after the carrier’s investigation.
I do not accept returns unless the item is faulty.
Because products are printed individually, I cannot resell returned items, so Printful does not accept them.
Unauthorised returns sent back to the return address will not be processed.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have gone into production.
Production usually begins within a few hours of placing your order.
If you entered an incorrect address and the order has already shipped, I cannot re-route it.
If the package is returned to the sender, you may be responsible for paying reshipment costs.
Refunds are only issued for:
Damaged/faulty items
Manufacturing errors
Incorrect orders
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once approved.
